Eligibility

Manager – Legal (Non-Litigation) based out of Pune with Experience of 4-5 years. Candidate must be from Mortgage, preferably from Affordable Housing, with exposure dealing with Non-Prime collaterals and T3 and Rural locations

• Mandatory experience in the mortgage industry (affordable housing preferred), with understanding of title search reports, revenue records and mortgageability of collateral.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the rural sector.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation.
• Ability to navigate the legal intricacies of real estate transactions.
