Exciting Opportunity: Legal Associate at ZunRoof Tech! Are you a skilled legal professional with 1-3 years of experience in corporate law? ZunRoof Tech is looking for Legal Associates to join our dynamic team in Gurugram!
Eligibility
- Law degree (L.L.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- 1+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A, contract law, and governance.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of company law and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts (NDAs, service agreements, commercial contracts).
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory regulations.
- Provide legal guidance on company formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct legal research and offer practical legal advice.
- Manage legal filings, intellectual property registrations, and litigation support.
- Stay updated on corporate law trends and regulatory changes.
