Job Title- Manager – Legal

Eligibility

• Education: LLB
• Work Experience: 5 to 6 years
• Language: English & Hindi

Responsibilities

• Providing accurate, relevant and timely advice on a variety of legal topics related to the business/products of the Company.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
• Review, draft, advise and negotiate a wide range of agreements with customers, vendors, partners, content providers, agents, distributors, resellers and other third parties and other complex commercial agreements.
• Managing organisations intellectual property. Drafting, review of policies and procedures, regulations, bylaws, and other legal documents Secretarial and other governance work.
• Handling investigations and interactions with regulatory authorities.
• Oversee all legal compliance of the companies (India subsidiary)
• Compliance with internal governance policies and procedures. Compliance with internal governance policies
• and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with outside counsel, regulatory bodies, and other legal entities.
• Staying up to date with changes to legislation, particularly about laws, rules and regulations that directly affect your business and specific industry.
