Job Description for Manager – Legal (B3-2)
Role: Manager Legal
Location: Mumbai/Delhi, India
Reporting to: Deputy General Manager, India Legal Commercial and Procurement Team
Team: Procurement and Commercial Legal Team
Eligibility
LLB (or equivalent) with Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
Experience
- 8-10 years post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and contract law
- Exposure to domestic and international legal environments
- Experience in telecommunications or technology sectors preferred
Core Competencies
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions independently
- Comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural, and hybrid work environments
