About the Job

Chaayos is hiring a Manager – Legal & Compliance to join its team at Ghitorni, New Delhi. The role is suited for a seasoned legal professional who enjoys working across contracts, compliance, policies, governance, and regulatory frameworks in a fast-paced corporate setup.

Eligibility

• LLB + CS qualification
• 7+ years of experience in legal, compliance, and governance
• Strong understanding of contracts, regulatory laws, and secretarial compliance
• Experience in litigation coordination, policy drafting, and trademark/IPR management

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing lease deeds, commercial agreements, and vendor contracts
• Managing secretarial compliance under the Companies Act
• Liaising with investors for documentation and compliance-related queries
• Maintaining internal legal, compliance, and governance policies
• Coordinating litigation and regulatory matters across civil, consumer, labour, and IPR laws
• Managing trademark portfolio, including renewals and handling objections
