About the Job

Corporate Professionals is hiring an Associate – Regulatory Advisory and Intermediary Registrations. The firm is seeking a focused professional to act as a single-point regulatory specialist for end-to-end intermediary registrations and allied licensing matters across SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and other relevant statutory authorities.

The role involves hands-on execution, sound regulatory judgment, client advisory, and regular interaction with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end intermediary registrations and licensing matters
• Advising clients on regulatory requirements and compliance
• Liaising and interacting with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and statutory authorities
• Providing regulatory inputs and judgments on intermediary-related matters
• Managing execution-heavy regulatory and advisory assignments
