Samvad are recruiting for their M&A/PE practice, at their Delhi office.
Eligibility
- LLB (mandatory).
- PQE of 3-6 years in corporate law.
- Should have experience in handling due diligence, drafting, and negotiating for M&A and Private Equity.
- Law firm work experience (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Handling due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing M&A (domestic and cross-border), private equity, joint venture, business transfer, and divestment transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on general corporate matters.
Location
Delhi office.
