About the Job

Samvad are recruiting for their M&A/PE practice, at their Delhi office.

Eligibility

• LLB (mandatory).
• PQE of 3-6 years in corporate law.
• Should have experience in handling due diligence, drafting, and negotiating for M&A and Private Equity.
• Law firm work experience (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Handling due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing M&A (domestic and cross-border), private equity, joint venture, business transfer, and divestment transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advising clients on general corporate matters.

Location

Delhi office.
