About the Job

KRIA Law is looking for a proactive and highly organised Litigation Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join the team in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and tracking to do’s and deadlines – coordinating with court clerks and associates for case filings and hearings
• Searching cause list for cases listed every day
• Management of calendar of court hearings
• Preparation of Ancillary Applications, collation of documents and dockets
• Sending hearing links and preparing detailed reporting to be sent to the client
• Capturing daily to do’s after hearings updating it with deadlines
• Tracking of daily invoices and raise it upon coordinating with Accounts team
• Deadline management tracking and follow up of Court cases (drafts, caveat filing, statutory deadlines)
• Follow up and reminder emails to be sent to client
• Download orders from the Court website
• Tracking dispatch, delivery and timelines for Legal notices
• Maintain the list of potential proceedings and track progress of each member of team
• Arrangement and maintaining of digital files
