About the Job
Eureka Forbes is looking to fill a legal position to handle consumer/civil/138/arbitration matters pan India from FMCG, FMCD/ Service Industry or people who have handled similar roles in law firms/private practice.
Eligibility
- The position is for Litigation Counsel with a PQE of 2-3 years.
- They are looking for young professionals willing to undertake extensive travel as per the job role requirement.
- The positions shall be based out of the Corporate Office in Mumbai.
- The candidate should be well versed in Consumer Law, NI Act, Labour Law & ADR.
