About the Job

• Tlreg Tech is hiring in Statutory Compliance
• Looking for an Immediate joiner
• Position: Executive or Sr Executive
• Office time: 9 am to 6pm | 5 days

Eligibility

Education: Graduation

Experience: 1 to 3 years

• Excellent knowledge of all Labour laws and compliance under the law.
• Excellent knowledge of statutory compliance i.e. PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, PF Claims etc.
• Must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good Communication Skill
• MS Excel Excellent Knowledge
• MIS Tracker Maintenance
• Statutory Compliance Management:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, including Shops & Establishment compliances and CLRA regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in statutory regulations and ensure company practices are aligned. Need to have knowledge on Labour & Payroll compliances as well
• Vendor Audits & Management:
• Conduct regular online vendor audits to ensure adherence to statutory obligations and compliance standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet compliance requirements and performance expectations.
• Oversee compliance for multiple client vendors across PAN India, ensuring all local regulations and statutory requirements are met.
• Communication:
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding compliance issues.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on compliance status and updates.
• Take ownership & responsibility on assigned activities and complete within TAT
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in statutory compliance, particularly in labour laws and vendor management.
• Familiarity with online vendor audits and compliance processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
