About the Job
MVAC (Formerly Miglani Varma & Co.) is looking to hire Litigation Associates in Delhi.
Eligibility
- Post-Qualification Experience: 0 to 1 year
- Pre-requisites: Basic understanding of commercial laws including contract law and consumer law; command of legal research & legal drafting; and curiosity to learn
Responsibilities
- Frequent visits to and arguing opportunities at consumer fora and district courts around Delhi-NCR, including the State Commission and National Commission
- Engaging local counsels for matters outside Delhi-NCR and follow-ups
- Drafting complaints, revisions, appeals, notices, etc.
- Additional duties and responsibilities will be given to the Associate based on experience
Salary
INR 25-30,000 (amenable to increments based on performance)
