Responsibilities

Here’s what you will do for them:

Represent clients in various litigation matters, including appearing before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court (physical hearings) and other courts via online modes.
Conduct in-depth legal research to identify applicable laws, precedents, and case laws.
Work collaboratively with other team members to prepare for hearings and trials.
Ensure all filings and procedures comply with legal standards and ethical obligations.
