Responsibilities

Here’s what you will do for them:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including appearing before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court (physical hearings) and other courts via online modes.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to identify applicable laws, precedents, and case laws.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to prepare for hearings and trials.
• Ensure all filings and procedures comply with legal standards and ethical obligations.
