About the Job

Clove Legal is recruiting for Mumbai’s corporate commercial (M&A/PE/Contracts) practice.

Eligibility

• PQE of 2-5 years (relevant).
• Handled due diligence; drafted and negotiated M&A (domestic and cross-border), private equity, joint venture, business transfer, and divestment transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Laws, Real Estate Law, Employment Laws, etc.
• Client-service experience.
• Impeccable written and spoken language skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize and meet multiple and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

Drafts, assesses, analyzes, negotiates, and finalizes contracts and agreements. Negotiates transactions and agreements governing M&A, business transfers, collaborations licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
