About the Job

Legalics Law Offices is hiring a Litigation Associate for its Disputes Resolution practice in New Delhi. The role is intended for candidates with more than five years of post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation and involves handling disputes, arbitration, mediation, drafting work, research, and appearances before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, petitions, appeals, applications, legal notices, legal opinions, affidavits, and written submissions
• Independently handle civil and commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, and mediation matters
• Conduct legal research and advise clients on dispute resolution strategies
• Appear before and manage matters across Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials
