About the Job
LexComply is hiring for the position of Compliance Manager for its offices in Noida and Mumbai. The role is suited for candidates with 5–7 years of compliance operations experience and involves client relationship management, statutory and regulatory compliance research, onboarding and implementation documentation, process improvement, and mentoring junior team members.
Eligibility
- CS or Law degree
- 5–7 years of compliance operations experience
- Fluency in legal research and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to resolve complex client queries with clarity and ownership
- Ability to work effectively across Content, IT, and client-facing teams
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and resolve client queries
- Conduct statutory and regulatory compliance research
- Handle onboarding and implementation documentation
- Develop SOPs, best practices, and process improvement measures
- Mentor junior team members
Salary
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s expertise.
