Eligibility

0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SCC Online, and Manupatra.
Willingness to learn, take feedback seriously, and improve consistently.
Readiness to assume increasing responsibility over time.
Achievements in moot courts, debating, academic research, or publications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings and written submissions.
Conduct legal research and prepare notes.
Attend court hearings across various forums.
Prepare legal opinions.
Assist in briefing senior counsel.
Handle e-filing, procedural compliance, and litigation-related administrative work.
Take up own matters and develop independent thinking for litigation practice.
