Eligibility

Experience: Fresher (Law Graduate)

Responsibilities

1. Commercial Legal Drafting & Advisory

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including:
- Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Consultancy & Retainership Agreements
- Licensing & IP Assignment Agreements
- Franchise & Distribution Agreements
- Technology Licensing & SaaS Agreements
- OEM, Manufacturing & Outsourcing Contracts
- Employment Agreements, HR Policies & Contractor Agreements
- Term Sheets, MOUs & LOIs
- Shareholder, Joint Venture & Collaboration Agreements
- Procurement & Supply Agreements
- NDAs & Confidentiality Agreements
- Logistics, Warehousing & Shipping Contracts
- Third-Party Logistics (3PL) & Service Level Agreements
Drafting legal notices and core clauses including indemnity, arbitration, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution provisions

2. Regulatory & Policy Advisory/ Opinion
