About the Job
Incuspaze is looking for a Legal Professional to join its team and support its growing operations in contracts, leasing, and legal compliance.
The role involves handling legal documentation, supporting leasing transactions, and providing legal advisory assistance in relation to real estate and operational matters.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating lease agreements, service agreements, vendor contracts, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Handling end-to-end lease transactions, including processes from Letter of Intent (LOI) to registration
- Providing legal research, advisory, and compliance support
- Conducting property due diligence and coordinating with external legal counsel
- Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
