Application for the profile of Legal Officer in Retail lending (Operations ) for the location of Jabalpur. Job Reporting: Legal Head Bhopal

Eligibility

The candidate must possess an excellent command of English and Hindi (Spoken and Written) and must have relevant knowledge of property laws, the Transfer of Property Act, Business laws, Corporate Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Various Laws/Act related to the Recovery of Debt, etc. and ability to draft various drafts & legal Documents. He/She Must have the ability to explain and guide a layman about legal documents required for property Transactions and Loan Facility with considerable patience and empathy. Candidates must be self-motivated and must possess strong interpersonal/team working skills and a solution-oriented approach with a deep sense of commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

Scrutiny and Due Diligence of Individual loan files and Builder Master Files of Real Estate projects, Loan Documentation for Corporate as well as Retail Loans, processing of corporate Loans, handling Compliance related matters, Security Creation and Disbursement of Loans. The Officer will be assisting the operations team on various legal issues and provide legal solution to them. Handling replying to various notices/correspondence received from the borrower and authorities, handling individual loan Counselling and Loan Conversions.
