Eligibility
- A minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification work experience in a law firm with a focus on property law.
- Knowledge of Tamil is compulsory.
- Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
- A passion for real estate law and a desire to stay updated on relevant legal developments.
Responsibilities
As a Transaction real estate Lawyer, the candidate will be crucial in assisting our clients with a wide range of property law matters. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Title Investigations
- Conducting title research, analysis, and related revenue, and government investigations.
- Drafting documents, conveyancing, revenue-related documentation
Advisory Services
- Providing legal advice to clients on property law and best practices.
- Drafting appropriate documents and Legal opinions
- Eligibility for stenographer candidates
- Candidates with prior experience in property-related documentation work with higher qualifications in shorthand & typing [English] (qualifications in Tamil will be an added advantage) and with high proficiency in computer operations
