About the Job

Seshadri and Company invites applications for “on-site work” from eligible candidates for the post of

• Chamber Lawyer-Property Law for their office in Chennai.
• Stenographer

Eligibility

• A minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification work experience in a law firm with a focus on property law.
• Knowledge of Tamil is compulsory.
• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
• A passion for real estate law and a desire to stay updated on relevant legal developments.

Responsibilities

As a Transaction real estate Lawyer, the candidate will be crucial in assisting our clients with a wide range of property law matters. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Title Investigations

• Conducting title research, analysis, and related revenue, and government investigations.
• Drafting documents, conveyancing, revenue-related documentation

Advisory Services

• Providing legal advice to clients on property law and best practices.
• Drafting appropriate documents and Legal opinions
• Eligibility for stenographer candidates
• Candidates with prior experience in property-related documentation work with higher qualifications in shorthand & typing [English] (qualifications in Tamil will be an added advantage) and with high proficiency in computer operations
