Experience Required

• Experience managing attorneys and legal professionals
• Broad litigation subject matter experience, including commercial class actions and regulatory investigations/enforcement
• Experience in drafting and vetting legal and commercial documents
• Experience managing and defending bulk litigations before various courts and forums
• Experience in recovery litigation involving secured and unsecured matters
• Experience handling arbitration cases, MVCT matters, and general litigation
• Experience coordinating with advocates, law officers, court staff, police, and law enforcement agencies
• Team handling and appraisal experience

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills
• Drafting and vetting of writs, agreements, appeals, complaints, notices, affidavits, deeds, written statements, pleadings, and contracts
• Litigation management skills
• Risk assessment and advisory abilities
• Leadership and team management capabilities

Age Limit

35 Years

Candidates should have experience handling matters before:

• Supreme Court
• High Courts
• Sessions Courts

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and recommend revisions across legal documents and agreements
• Ensure timely execution of day-to-day legal activities
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Advise the leadership team on critical legal matters
• Evaluate legal risks and communicate exposure effectively to stakeholders
• Handle recovery litigation and arbitration matters
• Coordinate with legal professionals and enforcement authorities
• Manage litigation processes before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums
