Eligibility

- Qualification: LLB/ LLM
Responsibilities
- Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for legal recovery ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Documentation and Due Diligence: Review and evaluate legal documents, contracts, loan agreements, mortgages, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Risk Assessment: Assess the potential risks associated with the recovery process, litigation, and enforcement actions, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization on legal matters.
- Negotiations and Settlements: Engage in negotiations with defaulting borrowers, external legal counsels, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal recovery outcomes and explore settlement options.
- Court Representation: Represent the organization in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums and responding to legal queries.
- Manage and oversee all legal matters within the designated zone, including deviation, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
