About the Job
Sk Finance is hiring an Area Legal Manager – Business Legal at Jabalpur (MP).
Eligibility
- Qualifications- LLB & LLM
- Exp- Min. 3 to 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and engage with External Vendors to scrutinize property titles
- Possess expertise in property title chains, property laws and mortgage laws with expertise and experience in affordable loans and LAP
- Formulate region-specific policies pertaining to collateral and devise streamlined & effective processes for legal assessment.
- Vetting of Original Property Papers.
- Conduct regular training sessions at the Branch for legal process & Resolving queries raised by the Sales/Credit/Business/Operations team.
- External Vendor management.
- Audit Resolutions for Internal Audit Department Process Training for New Employees (Pan India/State Level).
- Detect and analyze gaps in case of any fraud related to property documents.
- Physically visit the authorities for verification of collateral.
- Track and maintain OTC/PDD for timely closure.
