Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- LLB qualification
- 7–8 years of experience in Legal Recovery
- Preferably relevant experience with an NBFC or bank
- Strong hands-on experience in SARFAESI, DRT, Section 138, Arbitration and Recovery Litigation
Responsibilities
The role will involve:
- Managing NPA accounts and driving legal recovery
- Handling secured property enforcement, possession and auction proceedings
- Coordinating with advocates, collection teams, courts/DRT and external agencies
