Eligibility
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Legal Recovery, preferably with an NBFC or bank.
- LL.B. qualification is mandatory.
- Candidates with relevant NBFC/Banking recovery experience are preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in SARFAESI, Section 138, Arbitration, and Recovery Litigation.
- Experience in secured property enforcement, possession, and auction proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Handle legal recovery matters.
- Manage Business Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) related matters.
- Handle SARFAESI, Section 138, Arbitration, and Recovery Litigation.
- Manage secured property enforcement, possession, and auction proceedings.
- Manage NPA accounts and drive legal recovery.
- Coordinate with collection teams, courts, and external agencies.
