The firm is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The selected candidate will work directly with the partners on matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across India, Tribunals, and District Courts, with significant responsibility and exposure to litigation.
Eligibility
- Advocates with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to take ownership of matters from start to finish.
- Genuine commitment to building a litigation practice.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Supreme Court and High Court litigation will be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research using platforms such as SCC Online and assisting in case strategy formulation.
- Drafting petitions, pleadings, and written submissions within prescribed timelines.
- Participating in client conferences and briefings.
- Coordinating with Senior Counsels and managing case-related work.
- Appearing before courts across diverse practice areas, including constitutional, civil, commercial, criminal, and arbitration matters.
