Eligibility and Experience

2-4 years PQE

Roles and Responsibilities

Brief JD: Sound knowledge and experience in corporate laws and allied matters, with focus on following:

• corporate restructuring, including working knowledge of IBC
• conducting due diligence across industry
• effective understanding of SEBI /RBI regulations
• drafting of investment and other commercial contracts
• corporate advisory on varied corporate law and governance matters
