About the Job
SR4IPR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trademark Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trademark law and procedures, excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of experience in trademark law .
- Strong understanding of trademark law and procedures.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark searches and clearance checks.
- Prepare and file trademark applications with the Trademark Office.
- Monitor the status of trademark applications and respond to office actions.
- Prepare and file oppositions and cancellations.
- Conduct due diligence investigations.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as cease and desist letters and infringement notices.
- Maintain accurate records of all trademark matters.
- Provide legal support to clients on trademark-related issues.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Assist in the development and implementation of trademark strategies.
