Are you a dedicated Sr. Legal Associate seeking a new opportunity? Simplybiz is looking for a motivated professional to join their dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts.
• Conducting legal due diligence for companies.
• Experience in Transaction advisory.
• Advising start-ups in venture capital transactions and assisting them with all the documentation for fund raising and working on the closure of transaction.
• Structuring transactions including cross-border transactions relating to acquisitions.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, investment agreements, and other ancillary documents as a part of the Investment deal.
• Understanding laws applicable to an industry and advising compliances.
