About the Opportunity

Dentons Link Legal is hiring a Paralegal.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of trademark procedures and WIPO systems.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in managing high-volume portfolios and strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong document management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of trademarks and designs, including:

• Filing applications.
• Responding to examinations and office actions.
• Handling opposition.
• Processing renewals, recordals, and assignments.
• Assist with Madrid Protocol filings, WIPO formality requirements, and coordination with foreign counsel.
• Prepare and maintain docketing for deadlines, renewal reminders, and prosecution updates.
• Conduct preliminary knock-out searches and assist in preparing search summaries.
• Draft client communications and handle routine procedural queries.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and global associates.
