Eligibility
- Experience: 2-3 years
- LL.B. (LL.M. is a plus!) with 2-3 years of legal research experience.
- Expertise in legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication for drafting legal documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws & regulations.
- Analyze & summarize legal documents, contracts & policies.
- Prepare legal reports, briefs & memorandums.
- Stay updated on national & international legal frameworks.
- Support the legal team in litigation, arbitration & compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess business risks & legal strategies.
