They are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing Legal team at OYO. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to critical projects and gain valuable experience.
Eligibility
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional coordination and organizational skills.
- A strong desire to learn law and understand domain.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Master of Organization: Maintain meticulous Excel spreadsheets tracking case dates, status.
- Communication Guru: Coordinate seamlessly with external lawyers and our in-house and cross function department to ensure smooth case management.
- Presentation Pro: Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and prepare comprehensive audit reports on all legal matters.
- Proactive Tracker: Proactively communicate with lawyers to confirm court dates, track case developments, and ensure timely updates.
- Data Detective: Collaborate with the business team to gather essential data for case paper management and projects.
