About the Job

One Legal is seeking a talented and driven lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in litigation to join its team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling civil and criminal litigation matters, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• 2-3 years of experience practicing litigation in a reputable law firm.
• Admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Prepare Strategies for various matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
