About the Job
They are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Associate who is passionate about law and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be LLB graduate with a keen understanding of legal concepts and regulations. As a Legal Intern at Lord Mahavira Services, you will work closely with our experienced legal team and gain exposure to various facets of law, including contract law, corporate law, litigation, compliance, and more.
Eligibility
- Education: Must have completed LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized LLB university.
- Professional Certification : Must be registered with the Bar Council.
- Experience : Fresh LLB Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of legal principles, regulations, and Acts in India.
Skills
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Support in compliance and regulatory matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare case summaries and assist in preparing legal briefs.
- Attend meetings, hearings, and discussions with senior legal professionals.
- Maintain legal records and assist in case management.
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments, statutes, and regulations.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as required by the legal team.
