Kathpalia & Partners is inviting applications for the position of Lawyer at its New Delhi office. The role involves working on high-value arbitration matters and representing clients in arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong drafting skills
- Keen interest in arbitration
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment
Responsibilities
- Handling high-value arbitration matters
- Drafting pleadings, statements of claim/defence, witness statements, and written submissions
- Representing clients in arbitration proceedings and related matters
