About the Job

 They are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Commercials to join their leadership team in Dubai. Reporting directly to their Managing Partner, you’ll lead our Corporate Commercial practice while playing a crucial role in shaping their firm’s future and providing expert legal counsel on complex corporate matters.

Eligibility

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) with focus on Corporate/Commercial Law.
• 10+ years of legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
• Experience in technology-related legal matters preferred.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Corporate Commercial practice group.
• Drive high-value corporate transactions and strategic negotiations.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on M&A, corporate governance, and commercial matters.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on technology-driven sectors.
• Contribute to firm’s thought leadership initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing legal team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations.
