About the Job

An advocate with experience in property /land cases relating to the land laws of Telangana and/or Andhra Pradesh.

A Junior practising under some senior advocate who deals with real estate litigations.

Title: Executive-Legal

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLB or CS+LLB (Mandatory)
• Experience: 1-3 Years of post-qualification experience gained at a leading law firm or corporate or at litigation office.
• Candidate shall be preferably based out of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and shall be proficient in Telugu.

Skills

• Ability to operate in fast fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• To handle cases relating to land laws of Telangana and/or Andhra Pradesh in particular and other states in general
• To handle general civil and criminal litigation
• To draft and vet various agreements and contracts
• To draft legal notices, reply notices, complaints, other letters etc
• To handle Intellectual Property Rights especially trademarks
• To handle ad-hoc legal and compliance tasks, as necessary.
