About the Job

As a Compliance Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices. You will work closely with the compliance team to monitor and review business operations, identify potential risks, and assist in the development of compliance-related processes and documentation.

Eligibility

• A bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.COM), Accounting, Business – Administration (BBA), or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine reviews of business practices to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support the compliance team in identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact business operations.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Provide guidance to various departments on compliance-related issues and ensure they understand and follow required procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and outcomes.
