About the Job
VLLP is hiring a Senior Attorney – Commercial Litigation to join its Mumbai office.
Eligibility
- Experience in commercial litigation and arbitration
- Strong command over:
- Commercial Courts Act
- Arbitration Act
- Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)
- Contract Act
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) laws
- Proven drafting and advocacy skills
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial suits, arbitration, and IPR disputes
- Appear before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals
- Work closely on litigation strategy and execution
