About the Job
Srei Infrastructure Finance is hiring Contractual employees in their Legal team at Kolkata.
Eligibility
Candidates with exposure in Financial Services / NBFC / Banking will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- To handle litigation cases, including SARFAESI, Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws, Arbitration Act, Sec 138 NI Act, Consumer protection Act, Criminal matters.
- Dealing with matters related to above Acts before court(s) / tribunal / forums / regulator in a mandate.
- The role involves dealing with statutory and administrative authorities;
- Regular interaction and briefing the legal Counsels.
- Drafting / advising / preparing cases / objection / comments on any Company related matters.
- The candidate should have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multitasking and meet deadlines as and when required.
