About the Job
SBICAP Securities is looking for a candidate who can be part of Legal Team.
Industry – Broking / BFSI
Eligibility
Experience – 8 to 12 years
Responsibilities
- Manage all litigation matters including labor law-related cases with the labour Commissioner or labour Court.
- Handle Stock exchange arbitration-related cases.
- Handle the GRC and SEBI ODR cases.
- Manage matters filed in consumer courts or before judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.
- Handling of police cases, enforcement authority letters and communication received from time to time.
- Attending the police station and filling of criminal complaints on behalf of the company.
- Provide expert legal opinions on issues or seek advice from law firms for labour and critical cases.
- Engage and coordinate with external Advocate and counsels as necessary.
- Preparing of Monthly Review data, Board Agenda, Legal Provision etc.
