Eligibility

• Experience: Intellectual Property Rights (Transactional and Litigation Management)
• PQE: 4 – 6 years

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP-related agreements (including assignment deeds, licensing agreements, coexistence agreements, NDAs, etc.)
• Managing end-to-end IP transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution.
• Liasoning with associates and inter teams for trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters.
• Managing IP portfolios and advising on enforcement and protection strategies.
• Advising on IP compliance, internal policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
