About the Job

The Assistant Manager – Legal will support the business across commercial contracting, property documentation, restaurant openings, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and other legal operations.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• Experience in contract drafting, property documentation, company law and IPR.
• Exposure to corporate compliance and capital markets regulations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in the F&B, Retail, Hospitality or QSR industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements, leave and licence agreements, vendor contracts, employment letters and other legal documents.
• Support new restaurant openings through property due diligence, licensing and statutory approvals.
• Manage contract renewals and legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including FSSAI, Labour Laws, POSH and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, legal consultants and government authorities.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters while mitigating business risks.
• Support corporate governance, compliance filings and legal operations.
