• Experience: 10+ years

• Expertise: Civil and commercial litigation, arbitration (institutional and ad hoc), strategy, client advisory, and court/tribunal representation

𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 / 𝗦𝗿. 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝘅

• Qualification: CA or LLB
• Experience: 3+ years PQE
• Expertise: GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation and appeals

• Expertise: Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI/ECBs, SEBI compliance, M&A, PE transactions, drafting and advisory
