Dr. Gopal Energy Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Land Acquisition – Legal in the Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind) sector.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB / LLM
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Grade Level: JMC / MMC
Responsibilities
- Legal due diligence of land and title documents
- Advisory on land laws & regulatory compliance
- Drafting and vetting of land-related agreements
- Support in negotiations, execution & registration of documents
- Coordination with external counsel for litigation matters
