About the Jobs
We are inviting applications from Advocates (Freshers / up to 3 years experience) who are serious about litigation practice and willing to learn through hands-on court work
Eligibility
- Must be enrolled with Bar Council (Sanad)
- Basic drafting ability (framing sentences) or strong willingness to learn drafting
- Command on English language
- Comfortable with Mumbai courts and government offices
- Candidates residing near Dahisar will be preferred
- Only Mumbai residents will be prederred
- Only candidates genuinely interested in litigation practice should apply
Work Profile
- Drafting notices, plaints, written statements, replies, and applications
- Conducting title document analysis and preparing title notes
- Attending City Civil Court, High Court, Small Cause Court, MHADA, and revenue offices
- Daily court appearances, roznama tracking, and order updates
- Client conference assistance and file management
Duration
Working hours:- 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (subject to court requirements)
