Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
- Fresher advocate with some internship experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of MS Office and legal research tools
- Law Graduates (LL.B. or LL.M.) courses may apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various corporate and business law matters, including case law, statutes, regulations, and industry standards. Provide well-researched opinions and recommendations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, employment contracts, licensing agreements, and merger and acquisition documents. Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and protect the client’s interests.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and relevant legal developments through continuing legal education and professional development activities.
- Participating in business development efforts, including client pitches, proposals, and marketing initiatives. Identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.
- Conducting due diligence investigations in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Identifying and assessing legal risks and liabilities associated with potential transactions.
- Organizing and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and records in an efficient and secure manner.
Salary
Professional Fee – Negotiable.
