• Ability to represent and argue in courts
• Good research ability on the laws to gain command on the matter
• Qualification: LLB

• InternWillingness to learn and explore the field of litigation

• Ability to think on their feet

Responsibilities

Major role and responsibilities of the Associate:

• Ability to formulate their own legal opinions on matters and implement them accordingly
• Ability to handle the clients independently, and to advise clients on various aspects

Major role and responsibilities of the Intern:

• Ability to conduct satisfactory research and look up relevant case laws for matters
• Ability to assist seniors in Court proceedings and drafting a variety of documents
