About the Internship

O&P is seeking Legal Intern to assist with various tasks including legal research, paperwork management, project support for the seniors, participation in client discussions, and gaining exposure to daily operations in the legal field. You will be part of a dynamic team and will play a crucial role in supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• A 5year B.A. LLB Hons. graduate
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prepare and present investment memos
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Work with confidential documents and maintaining confidentiality
• Work on contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting
• Keen interest in understanding international markets, specifically Australia, US, UK, UAE and Singapore.

• Have a passion for learning, the ability to multi-task and a willingness to work under tight deadlines
• Be self-directed, go-getter willing to roll up sleeves and make things happen; able to work autonomously as well as a geographically dispersed team

Location

This is a full-time on-site internship at Gurugram, India office.

Stipend

INR 10,000 per month stipend.
