Required Registered IP Practitioners for Nehru Place, New Delhi, on Salary + PL Incentive-based. For filling & following up on applications for trademarks, patents & copyrights of the organization with 97,000+ members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Filling & following up on applications for trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Assist in drafting correspondence to clients regarding the status of applications and patents.
- Performs administrative and research-related duties for attorneys
- Help prepare legal documents and patent applications, proofread them before filing, and perform background research.
- Assist in the Process of filing the new patent applications.
- Provide follow-up service regarding due dates to clients by telephone, e-mail, or letter
- Register GST
- Company Registration
Probation Period
6 Months
Remuneration
20-25K (Depending on the experience and interview process)
