About the Opportunity
Volody is looking for a Legal Intern (Graduates Only).
Eligibility
- Law graduates only (current students are not eligible).
- Strong interest or prior exposure to non-litigation areas (contracts, compliance, drafting, legal research, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive learner.
- Prior experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on various corporate law and compliance issues.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and drafting legal documents.
- Support the legal team in contract lifecycle management and documentation.
- Provide inputs on legal consulting matters and help resolve legal queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support routine legal operations.
