About the Internship

MindPeers is hiring a Legal Intern to support its legal team across healthcare, artificial intelligence, data privacy, and corporate law. The internship offers hands-on exposure to contract drafting, legal documentation, and compliance work, with real ownership from the outset.

Legal Intern

Eligibility

• LL.B. graduate or final-year law student.
• Strong fundamentals of contract law.
• Interest in AI regulation and data privacy laws such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and GDPR will be an added advantage.
• Strong drafting skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Assist with AI and data-related contracts, including licensing, intellectual property, and technology integration agreements.
• Prepare and review healthcare compliance documents, including patient data and clinical agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle management and legal documentation.
